Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify, prospect, and source new B2B leads for our custom IT services, software development capabilities, and digital products.
- Client Outreach & Pitching: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our technical solutions convincingly.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and global clients.
- Sales Conversion: Handle objections smoothly, negotiate terms, and successfully convert prospects into onboarded clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Flawless verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be highly confident in pitch presentations and professional text outreach.
- Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales smoothly.
- Tech Literacy: A solid baseline understanding of digital solutions, web applications, or software products so you can discuss requirements intelligently with prospects.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently to hit lead-generation milestones.
Compensation & Probation Terms
- Probation Period: 90 Days.
- Lead Sourcing Flexibility: During the probation period, you are fully encouraged to find fresh clients through outbound strategies, leverage your own professional contacts, or tap into your past leads to kickstart sales and fast-track your success.
- During Probation: You will work on a performance-driven framework, earning a highly competitive and lucrative commission percentage on every direct sale you secure.
- Post-Probation: Based on your performance, conversion tracking, and meeting targets during the 90 days, you will be transitioned to a permanent role featuring a fixed base salary + continued sales incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
