Job Purpose: To lead and optimize the overall printing and packaging operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for printing and packaging operations

Develop short- and long-term operational plans

Oversee manufacturing processes (flexo, offset, gravure, converting, lamination, packing)

Ensure production schedules meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards

Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation

Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, safety, and environmental standards
