We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and generating leads for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers
Provide information about flats, plots, villas, pricing, and location
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
Schedule site visit appointments for the sales team
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable with follow-ups and customer interaction
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
