Human Resource Executive (Freshers 0-6 months)
Location: Noida – Sector 142 ( Hybrid )
Note : Candidate will be working on hybrid role after two months of joining.

Role Overview :-
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our growing team in Noida (Sector 142).
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience who wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (profile screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups)
- Support HR operations and employee documentation
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and candidate communication
- Maintain HR databases and MIS reports
- Assist with HR compliance and internal processes
- Support daily HR administrative tasks
- Learn and implement HR best practices under guidance
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience
- Immediate joiners preferred & Must be comfortable with full-time onsite work.
- Candidates should be able to commute to Noida Sector 142
- Good communication skills and learning attitude is a must
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
