Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Abroad Study Counsellor to guide aspiring students through the process of studying in Germany. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Germany (universities, courses, eligibility, etc.)
- Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and application procedures
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings
- Convert leads into successful enrolments
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and language training
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); Master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in overseas education counselling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (Germany preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of German education system
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
