Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee queries and assist in conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools
- Sound understanding of HR policies and basic labour law
- Experience in compliance (payroll, policy formation,etc.)
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
