We are seeking a PPC Executive to handle production planning and control activities in a camshaft manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production schedules, ensuring material availability, monitoring workflow, and meeting delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production
- Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with procurement
- Monitor production processes including machining, heat treatment, and finishing
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain production flow
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Maintain inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
- Ensure timely dispatch as per customer requirements
- Prepare production reports and MIS
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering/ Diploma or related field
- 1-2 years of PPC experience in automobile or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of production processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
