We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Integration Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to design, build, and manage data integrations across EPM applications and upstream/downstream systems. The role focuses on driving seamless data movement, automation, and ensuring data accuracy across Planning, Financials, ARCS, and PCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of end-to-end data integrations across EPM applications and external systems (ERP, HR, data warehouses).
Develop and manage integrations using Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
Design and maintain data pipelines, mappings, transformations, and validation rules.
Automate data loads, scheduling, and monitoring processes.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve data load failures, mapping issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with functional teams to align integration design with business requirements.
Implement best practices for data governance, auditability, and error handling.
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live integration stability.
Lead and mentor integration team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
7–12+ years of experience in EPM integrations and data management.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools (Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate).
Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, NetSuite).
Knowledge of file-based, API-based, and automated integration approaches.
Strong understanding of data transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Must have scripting experience(batch, PowerShell, Groovy)
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience across multiple EPM modules (Planning, ARCS, PCM, Financial Consolidation).
Familiarity with cloud integration tools (e.g., REST APIs, middleware platforms).
Prior experience in leading teams and managing client engagements.
