Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the finance, accounts, taxation, compliance, costing, and international business accounting functions of our FMCG manufacturing operations. The candidate will support domestic and overseas financial activities and ensure strong financial governance across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Manufacturing Costing & FMCG Operations
- Handle product costing, BOM analysis, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
- Monitor manufacturing expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Analyze plant-wise profitability and operational performance.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory reports.
Export & International Finance
- Handle export documentation and financial compliance for Kandla export operations.
- Manage overseas accounting coordination with Oman, Dubai, and USA offices.
- Monitor forex transactions, LC documentation, import-export finance, and foreign remittances.
- Ensure compliance with international taxation and FEMA requirements.
Audit & Controls
- Lead internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.
- Develop internal controls and SOPs.
- Conduct risk assessment and compliance reviews.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analytics for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Present financial insights for business decision-making.
Qualification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)
- Additional qualification in finance/costing will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5–10+ years experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Experience handling multi-location operations and export business.
- Exposure to overseas accounting and international finance preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GST, Taxation, Audit, Costing & Financial Planning
- FMCG manufacturing accounting experience
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Tally / ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting
- Knowledge of Import-Export documentation and Forex management
- Leadership and team management capability
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing setup
- Exposure to export operations and overseas subsidiaries
- Willingness to travel between Ahmedabad, Kadi, Kandla offices as required
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
