Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor gluing/adhesive application machines as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters such as speed, adhesive quantity, temperature, pressure, and tension.
- Ensure proper and uniform application of adhesive on packaging films and substrates.
- Check adhesive mixing ratios and viscosity as per approved specifications.
- Monitor machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure proper bonding and adhesion.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues such as poor bonding, uneven coating, wrinkles, bubbles, delamination, and adhesive defects.
- Maintain proper production records, machine settings, wastage, and output reports.
- Minimize material and adhesive wastage during production.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams to achieve production targets.
- Follow approved SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
