Job Summary
Experienced Construction Manager with expertise in handling end-to-end site execution, vendor coordination, contractor management, NMR maintenance, and daily construction operations. Responsible for supervising all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion of projects, and maintaining smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete site activities independently as Site In-Charge
- Supervise daily construction work and site labour
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Maintain NMR and labour attendance records
- Monitor material usage and site requirements
- Ensure work completion as per schedule and quality standards
- Verify contractor work and billing details
- Manage subcontractors and workforce allocation
- Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and management
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Experience as individual site in-charge preferred
