Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate BBA courses in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students for academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Conduct research, publish scholarly work, and attend conferences/seminars.
- Support admissions, accreditation, placement, and institutional initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) with NET/Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Prior teaching experience in a higher education institution is preferred.
