Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale residential and commercial building projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP coordination. This role will be responsible for driving project delivery excellence, managing multi-disciplinary consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing on-ground execution through extensive site travel across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination
- Lead coordination among clients, architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants,
- contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Drive resolution of technical and execution-related challenges.
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including Fire, Environment, RERA, MCGM, and other local authorities.
- Coordinate approvals and documentation with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to safety and legal standards across project sites.
Reporting & MIS Management
- Prepare detailed project status reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior management review.
- Present progress updates, cost status, risks, and milestones to leadership teams.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
Site Leadership & Execution Oversight
- Provide strong on-ground leadership through frequent travel to project sites across Maharashtra.
- Monitor site execution activities and ensure alignment with project plans and engineering standards.
- Support site teams in resolving operational and technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) is mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualifications or project management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 25+ years of experience in project management, engineering coordination, and execution of large-scale building projects.
- Proven experience in managing high-rise residential and commercial developments.
- Prior exposure to PMAY/SRA projects in Maharashtra is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in large-scale project execution and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera for planning and scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and construction documentation review.
- Excellent knowledge of design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across project sites.
