Role Overview
Manages customer data, interactions, and feedback through CRM tools, helping improve
customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain accurate customer master data, contact details, and interaction history in CRM.
● Log all inbound and outbound calls, meetings, and follow-ups for sales team.
● Run campaigns for new products, schemes, and offers; track responses and leads.
● Coordinate resolution of customer complaints with relevant departments and close the
loop with customers.
● Generate reports on customer activity, retention, and satisfaction.
● Support implementation and continuous improvement of CRM system.
Key Requirements
● Graduate; experience in customer service/sales support preferred.
● 13 yearsʼ experience in CRM or inside sales.
● Good communication skills and comfort with software tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
