5. Arrangement of Labour accommodation and basic amenities.
6. Staff Accommodation, housekeeping, transport requirements at sites.
7. Strong Statutory Compliance & Labour related Issues.
8. Liaison with Govt. Departments like labour Dept., PF, ESI & Local bodies ..
9. Handling legal issues respective to sites and trade unions.
10. Maintenance of statutory compliance records as per various acts.
11. Handle the site constrains regarding the labour,land acquisition & staff.
