Position: Phlebotomist Trainer
Number of Positions: 3
Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in phlebotomy or related medical field.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or team handling will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned zone whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training sessions for phlebotomists across the assigned zones.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to phlebotomists.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Conduct audits of phlebotomists regarding sample collection process, grooming standards, patient handling, and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for training requirements and performance updates.
- Maintain training records, audit reports, and assessment trackers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
