Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer / Hostel Warden for our spinning mill operations. The candidate will be responsible for manpower recruitment, worker coordination, hostel administration, and employee welfare activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle labor recruitment for spinning mill/factory requirements
- Coordinate with agencies and sources for manpower hiring
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain hostel discipline, attendance, and accommodation records
- Support workers regarding accommodation and daily needs
- Coordinate employee welfare and support activities
- Maintain recruitment and hostel-related reports
- Ensure smooth communication between management and workers
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor recruitment or hostel administration
- Experience in spinning mills or factories preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hindi speaking candidates Required
- Ability to handle workers and hostel operations effectively
