HR Responsibilities – Training Institute (Paid Training Model)1. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
- Promote paid training programs to students and job seekers
- Generate leads for training admissions through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Maintain daily outreach activity reports
2. Counseling & Conversion (Key Role)
- Counsel candidates about training programs, career benefits, and placement opportunities
- Explain course structure, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments/admissions
- Handle objections and provide proper career guidance to candidates
- Achieve monthly admission/closing targets
3. Admission & Enrollment Process
- Manage end-to-end admission process for training programs
- Collect and verify candidate details and documents
- Maintain enrollment records and admission database
- Ensure smooth onboarding of trainees
4. Coordination & Follow-up
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly to improve conversion
- Coordinate with trainers, management, and placement teams
- Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and interviews
- Maintain strong communication with leads until conversion
5. Marketing Support
- Assist in posting training ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Support promotional campaigns for training batches
- Help in generating walk-in traffic and online inquiries
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
