Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, strategize, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in executing successful digital campaigns that drive growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies
Track and measure campaign performance (KPIs, ROAS, CPA, conversions etc.)
Optimize landing pages and user funnels for high conversion
Manage website analytics using GA4, GTM, and reporting dashboards
Coordinate with internal teams — content, design, sales, product, CRM
Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and algorithm updates
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven expertise in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
SEO & SEM practices
Google Analytics / GA4
Google Tag Manager
Email marketing platforms
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing strategies, funnel optimization
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role
Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics (plus point)
Pay: ₹11,388.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
