Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote VLOCAL services to local businesses.
The role involves visiting shops, offices, showrooms, clinics, restaurants, educational institutes, and other commercial establishments to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face interactions, passionate about sales, and capable of achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and commercial establishments daily
- Present and explain VLOCAL services and their benefits
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and sales activities
- Represent the company professionally in the market
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with field visits and direct customer interaction
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet applications, and digital tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city or territory
