The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Marketing Associate — someone who can write, design, analyze, and execute. You’ll manage our marketing operations end-to-end, from maintaining the website and writing copy to running digital campaigns, creating demo videos, and managing social media presence.
If you’ve worked in an agency, thrive on creative problem-solving, and know your way around modern marketing tools like Canva, Webflow, and Meta/Google Ads, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Website Management: Update and maintain company website pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Copywriting: Write engaging copy for web pages, ads, social posts, emails, and product marketing materials.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop visually compelling content using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Social Media Management: Manage social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), post consistently, and engage followers.
- Video & Demos: Create short demo videos, tutorials, and marketing reels that showcase our AI product capabilities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with Otterz’s brand voice and visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with founders and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or performance marketing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability — comfortable writing across formats.
- Experience using Canva, Webflow, Figma, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience managing social media and paid campaigns.
- Video editing or motion design experience is a plus.
- Exposure to startup or agency environments preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for creativity.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
