Job Title : Store Sales Associate
Experience : 2-3 Years In Retail Store (Stationery or Paper Store Preferred)
Job Location : Goregaon, Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Generate sales through walk-ins, calls, emails, and leads from IndiaMART, Just Dial, and GMB.
- Convert inquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Process billing, sales, returns, and exchanges using ERP/POS software.
- Promote offers and upsell products to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of paper, stationery, and office supply products.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure proper product display.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Stationery, Paper, or Store Operations.
- Good communication, sales, customer handling, and computer/ERP skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
