Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and marketing-generated leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Attend networking events, business meetings, and industry-related activities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and work with relevant teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management will be an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience in IT Sales or Software Services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
