CAPA, Clause Effect Diagram
2. Contribute to ensuring the highest Quality Standard During Tyre Manufacturing Process
3. Responsible to Maintain ISO/IATF Documentation to maintain QMS
4. Improve first time right rate by promptly addressing scrap issue
5.Certify Machine Process During Trail and Regular Production to maintain consistency &
quality
6. Efficiently Handle NC material and its Disposal to ensure a Smooth manufacturing
Process
7.Responsible for validation and verification of POKA YOKE
8. Doing product & process audit
9.Making SPC to control the process in between the standards or Target Limits
10. Core knowledge of nylon Calendar, Bias Cutter, Bead Wining, Kneade and Inner liner
area.
11. B-tech Graduate
