About the Role: We are looking for a creative, curious, and driven Content Writer & Creator to join our growing content team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms, from SEO-optimized blog articles and product descriptions to engaging social media posts and video scripts. This role is ideal for someone who loves to write, has a flair for storytelling, and is excited about the world of astrology, spirituality, and wellness, even if they are just beginning to explore it.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and publish engaging SEO-optimized blog articles and website content.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic
- Create compelling daily, weekly astrology/horoscope and festival-based content for different news agencies including Times of India and Hindustan Times.
- Write clear, persuasive product and service descriptions for our e-commerce platform for gemstones, Rudraksha, Vastu items, and spiritual services.
- Develop creative scripts for YouTube videos and short-form social media reels.
- Plan and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement.
- Seamlessly craft and translate content in both English and Hindi to cater to our diverse audience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media and video trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to write for the web.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and what makes content perform well.
- Strong willingness to research and learn; prior knowledge or interest in astrology and spirituality is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different writing styles (e.g., informative blogs vs. snappy social media captions).
Good to Have:
- Prior knowledge of or personal interest in Vedic astrology, numerology, or spirituality
- Experience with tools like WordPress, Canva, or any CMS platform
- Exposure to AI writing tools (ChatGPT, etc.) and ability to use them responsibly
- Understanding of content analytics, what's working and what's not
