Job Responsibilities
- Source and onboard carriers for available freight loads.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers.
- Book and coordinate loads efficiently.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers.
- Update load and carrier information in the TMS.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams to resolve shipment issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Carrier Management (CMT), Dispatch, or US Logistics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of load boards and freight brokerage processes.
