Eyespaa Optic is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executive to join our growing optical store team. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in customer handling, and willingness to learn about optical products and lens solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers professionally
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Explain lens features such as blue cut, photochromic and progressive lenses
- Achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
- Handle billing and order follow-ups
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English speaking preferred
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good grooming and presentable appearance
- Fresher can apply
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in retail, optical, mobile, fashion or customer-facing sales
- Quick learner with customer handling skills.
