Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional who can generate leads, build client relationships, close deals, and help grow the company’s revenue. The role involves market research, client meetings, proposal coordination, and follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities (residential / commercial projects)
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, online platforms
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects
Client Handling
- Understand client requirements and budget
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, builders, and architects
- Handle negotiations and close deals
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports
- Maintain CRM, lead tracker, and daily activity reports
Market & Business Growth
- Study competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Suggest new ideas for business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Sales mindset with customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of interiors / construction (preferred)
- MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools
- Good negotiation & follow-up skills
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in sales, business development, or real estate/interiors is a plus

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Incentives / Commission
- Performance-based growth opportunity
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
