Microsoft Consultant / Developer (Power Platform & Copilot Studio)
Salary: 25 LPA or less
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement business applications and AI-powered agents that drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experiences across enterprise environments.
This role requires experience working in large-scale enterprise settings, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver innovative business solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party platforms.
- Implement application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices and deployment processes.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Design, build, configure, and maintain intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop conversational experiences and AI-driven workflows to support business processes.
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
- Configure topics, generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, and custom actions.
- Monitor agent performance and continuously improve user engagement and response quality.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Design and maintain Dataverse data models and business rules.
- Support governance, security, compliance, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to Power Platform Centers of Excellence (CoE) and governance frameworks.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to teams.
- Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, project managers, and end users.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps.
- Proven experience delivering projects within large enterprise or multinational environments.
- Experience delivering end-to-end business applications from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and third-party systems.
- Advanced knowledge of:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
- Certifications related to Microsoft Copilot, AI, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable
