We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef (Commis II) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Support senior chefs during busy service hours
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Comply with food safety and kitchen regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
