Job Summary
The role will be responsible for driving advisor recruitment, activation, engagement, and distribution development for the DSF channel. The incumbent will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen advisor productivity, expand branch-level advisor presence, and build sustainable agency distribution through data-driven interventions and field collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to recruit, engage, and activate new advisors, driving productivity and performance across the DSF channel

Advisor Recruitment, Activation & Engagement

Drive the annual advisor recruitment strategy with a target of building 200+ advisors per branch
-
Focus on strengthening the Career Advisor model across the channel

Drive advisor recruitment through RRMs and ensure strong field-level execution

Collaborate closely with RMs and ZMs to expand and strengthen agency distribution

Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of advisors from M0 to M1 to build a strong core DSF advisor base

Design and execute engagement initiatives to motivate, train, and support advisors in achieving business goals
Analytics & Distribution Insights

Build new agency prospecting initiatives and support branch operating plans (BOPs)

Partner with internal analytics teams to identify channel growth opportunities through data-driven insights

Develop and implement propensity models, activation models, and other analytical tools to improve field productivity

Drive adoption of riders and generate PASA (Pre-Approved Sum Assured) leads to enhance sales effectiveness

Conduct training programs for FLS/FLM teams on new advisor hiring and onboarding processes
Competition Tracking

Monitor and analyse competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to maintain competitive advantage and improve channel effectiveness
Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) activities across branches to attract and recruit new advisors

Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Manage communication across the channel related to advisor recruitment, onboarding, and activation initiatives

Ensure alignment and coordination between field teams and central stakeholders for seamless execution
