Role Overview
The Staff Nurse will provide high‑quality patient care, support clinical procedures, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or nurses with up to one year of experience who are committed to compassionate care and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to patients across assigned wards or units.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post‑care, and health maintenance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain nursing equipment, supplies, and unit readiness.
- Participate in training programs, skill‑building sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 0–1 year of clinical experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (State or National).
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care protocols, and documentation.
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
