Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiry Management
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website enquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Travel Services Consultation
- Guide customers on domestic and international flight bookings.
- Assist with tourist visa services, tour packages, hotel reservations, and taxi services.
- Help customers with travel planning and itinerary recommendations.
- Understand travel requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction until service completion.
Education Counselling
- Provide guidance on study abroad opportunities.
- Assist students with university and course selection.
- Explain admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support student visa applications and career counselling.
- Coordinate with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Conduct counselling sessions and help students achieve their educational goals.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain and update enquiry databases.
- Track customer interactions and enquiry status.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and students.
- Convert leads into successful bookings or admissions.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure every enquiry receives timely attention.
Business Development Activities
- Generate business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Identify customer needs and upselling opportunities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Support lead-generation initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and credibility with customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities
✅ Lead conversion, persuasion, and negotiation skills
✅ Active listening and problem-solving mindset
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
✅ CRM knowledge is an added advantage
✅ Bachelor's Degree preferred
✅ Experience in Travel, Education Consultancy, Customer Service, Telecalling, Counselling, Front Office, or Business Development preferred
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
✅ Tamil & English are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
