This role goes beyond conventional teaching; it is a leadership opportunity to mentor 55–60 youth annually, preparing them for successful careers in the modern workforce. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 4 engaging daily interactive sessions (1 hour 40 mins each) with groups of 18–20 students. Lead community mobilization efforts to identify and onboard new students, maintaining a strong branch strength of 70+ students. Manage 30 minutes of daily administrative tasks efficiently. Participate fully in our comprehensive corporate training program in Lucknow.
