Job Summary
Aviyan Group of Companies is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Attendant cum Accounts Assistant to support daily office operations and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling administrative tasks along with financial record-keeping efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Attendant Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, workstations, and meeting rooms
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement
- Assist staff with day-to-day office requirements
- Manage incoming calls, couriers, and visitors professionally
- Ensure proper stock of office supplies and stationery
- Support administrative tasks and internal coordination
These duties are commonly expected as part of general office support roles and clerical operations.
Accounts Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/Excel)
- Maintain petty cash records and daily expense tracking
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
- Support bank work, reconciliation, and documentation
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and bills
Office + accounts roles typically involve invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial documentation support.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree in Commerce preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle office responsibilities
- Prior experience in office/admin/accounts roles is an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
