Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Western Vocal Teacher to train students in vocal music techniques, performance skills, and music theory. The candidate should be capable of teaching students of different age groups and helping them build confidence in singing through engaging and creative sessions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Western vocal music classes for students individually and in groups.
- Teach vocal techniques including pitch, rhythm, breathing, voice modulation, and stage performance.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, concerts, and school events.
- Develop lesson plans based on students’ learning levels and abilities.
- Train students in various genres such as Pop, Rock, Jazz, Contemporary, and Soft Music.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and management.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and discipline among students.
- Coordinate with the music department and participate in school activities/events.
- Maintain attendance records and class schedules professionally.
Requirements
- Certification or degree in Western Vocal Music/Music Education.
- Prior teaching experience in schools, academies, or institutes preferred.
- Strong vocal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Basic knowledge of keyboard/music instruments will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Preferred Skills
- Stage performance experience.
- Ability to train students for choir and live performances.
- Creative teaching methods and classroom management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,582.65 per month
