Position Overview
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing human resources operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth organizational processes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail to support both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Oversee office management, general administrative tasks and facility management.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
- Support management in policy implementation and organizational planning.
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Should have experience in payroll and tools like Keka HR and other HRMS tools
- Assist in performance management and appraisal systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
