Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, creates a safe and nurturing learning environment, and is committed to supporting each child's early development through play-based and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 2–6 years
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Prepare classroom materials, learning aids, and displays
- Maintain attendance records and developmental progress reports
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions
- Follow the school's curriculum, policies, and child protection guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early learning methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, creative, energetic, and empathetic personality
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and independently
