Job Opening: Field Sales & Service Executive – Medical Equipment
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales & Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy equipment while providing product demonstrations, installation support, and basic technical service to healthcare professionals and institutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting customers, building long-term relationships, travelling extensively, and achieving sales targets in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell medical, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy equipment.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, installations, and customer training.
- Provide first-level service support and coordinate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment sales & service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel and learn are also encouraged to apply.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management skills.
- Basic technical understanding of medical equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, orthopedic, or hospital equipment.
- Experience in B2B sales to hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, diagnostic centers, or healthcare institutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month
