Role Overview:
The role involves reaching out to MSMEs for certifications and company products, explaining benefits, generating leads, and supporting end-to-end execution through field visits and coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calling & Lead Generation
- Call MSMEs, manufacturers, and business owners to introduce certifications and company products.
- Explain scheme benefits, subsidies, and process clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for enrollment
- Maintain daily calling data and follow-ups
2. Field Execution
- Visit client locations for onboarding and document collection
- Assist businesses in registration and application process
- Coordinate for site assessments and audits
- Build strong relationships with MSME clients
3. Coordination & Documentation
- Work with internal teams and consultants for smooth execution
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission
- Track application progress and resolve client queries
4. Target & Reporting
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Maintain CRM or Excel reports of calls, visits, and closures
- Provide regular updates to reporting manager
Skills Required:
- Good English communication & convincing skills
- Basic understanding of government schemes/MSME/manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Should have own vehicle (travel allowance will be provided)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in telecalling, field sales, or government scheme projects
- Background in B2B sales, consulting, or compliance services
- Familiarity with ZED, ISO, or similar certifications is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
