Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage the complete Human Resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Handle statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR audits.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support management in organizational planning and workforce management.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.
Experience in Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws.
Leadership and Team Management Skills.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
HRMS, MIS & Reporting Knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Environment preferred
