Progressive Minds is looking for a Senior Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team and lead the Chemistry preparation of Class XI & XII students.
We are looking for an educator who combines strong subject expertise, conceptual depth, and competitive-exam orientation.
Role and responsibilities
CBSE | NCERT | JEE MAIN
- Complete Class XI & XII Chemistry with strong conceptual clarity
- Build advanced problem-solving skills through JEE Main-level questions
- Strengthen fundamentals across Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry
- Develop students’ application-based thinking and exam temperament
- Design and deliver high-quality questions, tests, assignments & assessments
- Track student performance and provide targeted academic intervention
- Ensure structured syllabus completion with regular revision and testing
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has excellent command over XI–XII Chemistry Can comfortably handle JEE Main-level problems
Has strong conceptual and numerical problem-solving ability
Can teach beyond rote learning and develop application-oriented thinking
Can simplify complex Chemistry concepts without compromising academic depth
Has strong classroom presence and student engagement skills
Has experience in CBSE/JEE coaching or a reputed academic institution

- Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
