We are hiring a Telecaller (B2B) to support our client acquisition efforts for HR compliance and payroll services across India.
You will call prospective businesses from home, generate leads, and arrange meetings or callbacks for our senior sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Call prospective client businesses from provided and self-researched leads
- Introduce and pitch AROI Compliance Services over the phone
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an active prospect pipeline
- Arrange meetings, callbacks, or demo confirmations for the senior sales team
- Send follow-up emails to interested prospects as required
- Maintain accurate daily call logs and submit reports to reporting manager
- Attend periodic meetings and reporting sessions at our New Town, Kolkata office as required
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
