Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 software engineers.
Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Review code and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Participate in solution architecture and technical decision-making.
Estimate development efforts, allocate tasks, and monitor project progress.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality code.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases.
Mandatory Required Technical Skills
4–5 years of experience in Backend development.
Back end: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development, Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth), Asynchronous programming, API Security, Logging & Monitoring, Microservices Architecture, QMS
Database: MySQL, MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Machine Learning experience on Recommendation Systems and Predictive Analytics
ML Skills: Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Random Forest, K-Means
Preferred Experience
Experience with Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, CRM, Customer Engagement, Loyalty Platforms, Recommendation Engines, or E-commerce platforms is preferred.
