Job Summary: We are hiring a Junior BDE who is interested in learning and growing in the US staffing industry. This role is good for freshers who want to build a career in sales and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Find new clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
- Talk to vendors and clients in the US market
- Understand job requirements from clients
- Share requirements with the recruitment team
- Help in sending suitable candidates to clients
- Follow up for interviews and feedback
- Maintain daily work reports
- Achieve basic targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn
- Willing to work in night shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic sales interest
