About the Role
Momentum Creatives is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and junior editors who are passionate about video editing and eager to learn. You'll work on educational, marketing, and social media content while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit educational, marketing, and social media videos.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Add transitions, captions, basic motion graphics, sound effects, and color correction.
- Create thumbnails and basic creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams.
- Maintain quality, brand consistency, and meet project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Required)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of video editing fundamentals and export settings
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good to Have
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
- Experience editing educational content, webinars, or online courses
- Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content
What We're Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
- Passion for video editing and storytelling
- Positive attitude towards feedback and continuous learning
- Portfolio or sample work is mandatory (Personal projects are accepted)
