About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, promoting company services, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have an interest in sales, marketing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or digital services.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, or business development is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Night Shift / Day Shift (as per company requirement)
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
