What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality leads.
- Explain real estate projects, investment opportunities, and property offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up regularly with prospective buyers and investors.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead and customer information accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful site visits and sales.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Assamese.
- Confident and pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with prospective customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Telecalling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
