- Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle insurance policies
- Explain insurance coverage, renewals, premiums, and claim procedures
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements
- Follow up for insurance renewals and pending documents
- Assist customers during accident claim processing
- Maintain customer records in CRM software
- Generate leads for new insurance business
- Resolve customer complaints and improve satisfaction
- Coordinate with automobile dealerships and workshop teams
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
