Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, supervising sales staff, and maintaining high standards of presentation, security, and sales performance within the jewellery store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily floor activities in the showroom
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle high-value clients professionally
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, motivation, and training
- Maintain proper display of jewellery as per visual merchandising standards
- Ensure product knowledge among team members (gold, diamond, gemstones, etc.)
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
- Coordinate with inventory and backend teams for stock availability
- Ensure adherence to billing accuracy and store policies
- Maintain strict security protocols for high-value jewellery items
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall store presentation
- Assist in organizing promotions, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Business preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team management ability
- Good understanding of jewellery products and customer preferences
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and high-value transactions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
